Each ceremony is allowed three hours for your photos and ceremony,
and the rate varies according to the day of the week and time
requested. Other than Sunday Packages
and the One Hour time slot, to reserve
your wedding in our gardens you must rent the gardens for three
hours. Starting in 2008 all weddings will be held in our garden
chapel, if you wish to have your ceremony by the gazebo
see the additional cost of this option.

Additional Items
Our price includes the following:
Two hundred (200) white oak folding chairs.Audio system accommodating CD’s or live music, 3 microphones and a sound technician.
Lemonade and ice water for guests.
Dressing room for the bride and attendants.
Processional coordinator.
One hour rehearsal.
A garden chapel for rain or shine.
A deposit of $650 (nonrefundable) is required to hold date.
Rehearsals
Rehearsals can be scheduled after April 1st in the year of your wedding. The following times are available to schedule a rehearsal.
Thursday

Fridays
Late evening times on Fridays may be available. Call or email for details.
2008 Sunday Wedding Packages
These packages are available on Sundays only. Packages
are NOT available on Fridays and Saturdays as these are prime
time periods!
We are now offering wedding packages for your convenience. You
may now choose the time you need for your wedding. We alleviate
the stressful planning stage, and help you create your dream
wedding. We do not offer packages on Saturday or Friday at this
time. We do however offer a one hour time
slot on Saturday evening, but it does not include an officiant.

Photography Packages
Package Deposits
Prices quoted are as of January 10, 2006, and are subject to change prior to deposit. A deposit of 50% is required to secure the wedding date. Payment in full is due at consultation or 2 weeks before the wedding. All deposits and payments on weddings are NONREFUNDABLE. Outside services are subject to separate contracts and conditions.
Panola Valley Gardens is pleased to offer photography, and reception packages, but assumes no liability on services performed by outside vendors.
